Zeka supports South African businesses with equipment sourcing, supplier relationships and access to finance solutions through Jupiter Finance and other appropriate finance houses.

Zeka is not the finance house responsible for making the final credit decision. Where finance is requested, the application and supporting information may be submitted to a suitable finance house for assessment.

Company registration number;

Supplier quotations, equipment values and preferred brands or models;

If you ask Zeka to assist with finance, relevant personal, company and financial information may be submitted to Jupiter Finance or another selected finance house.

The finance house may verify the information supplied, conduct lawful credit bureau or other checks, request additional documentation and assess the application according to its own credit criteria and privacy practices.

The final approval, decline, pricing, terms and credit decision are determined by the relevant finance house and not by Zeka.

7. Who we may share information with

We may share relevant information with:

Jupiter Finance and other selected finance houses;
Equipment suppliers and service providers involved in preparing or fulfilling a quotation;
Our employees, authorised representatives and contractors who require the information to assist you;
Website hosting, email, CRM, IT, security and administrative service providers;
Professional advisers where reasonably necessary; and
Regulators, law-enforcement authorities or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Zeka does not sell personal information.

8. Storage and cross-border processing

Some technology or service providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards and lawful processing arrangements apply.
